Felix Road Adventure Playground
Working with young people ages of 2 to 18, on various photographic projects, using a variety of equipment and techniques. We had a focus on having fun whilst working on creating positive images to inspire everyone that visits the playground. Learning new skills was mixed with lots of conversation. Felix Rd has a very varied clientele, many of whom have not been in England for long. The projects had a focus of looking for ways to make everybody feel welcome and included. This all culminated in an installation in the playground that was showcased through the Bristol Festival of Photography and the Easton Arts Trail. The work will remain in situ.
Funded by the Quartet Community Foundation, Sports Relief, Bristol City Council and Felix Rd Adventure Playground.
